The scratches clearly must be so small I’ve never noticed or I would have said. The RRP for this handset is £1500 new so maybe you should buy it in store.It was an upgrade that I have not used,the software has been updated & the battery charged. I think anyone can see its in excellent condition for what you paid. I offered money off,days later it was declined. I asked to return tracked in case it goes missing but that was an issue too. Everything was a problem, waste of my time
