It certainly is faulty: 3-in-1 oil not good on aperture blades, and rambo-minced internals but I have some 0.8mm stainless steel to fabricate replacements,. However, the optics are 100% so I consider this a bargain buy. Quick delivery and well packaged. Great ebayer. Will try to post some pics when it's back to its former glory :-).
