Item was as described but insufficient postage was paid. I had to pick up item from post office and pay a fee of £1.50

The most upsetting experience I've had on eBay. I accidentally underpaid postage by £1.50 due to the packaged item ending up slightly larger than the 'large letter size' approved packaging I used.PO was closed when I arrived. They kindly took package anyway but didnt check info.Buyer sent bizzare rude & accusatory messages. I swiftly apologised & refunded the £1.50 she'd had to pay. Buyer maintaind the most vile manner I've ever encountered. She must've had some very bad experiences on here.
