Item arrived with various defects - more than 5 identified - unacceptable defects which render the item unsuitable for use and DAMAGED. The seller explicitly stated in the messages that the item had manufacturing defects but failed to informed me of the same prior to buying. Now they are refusing to accept a return - shameful and not what you expect from a dignified person. Awaiting for eBay to step in.

Hi Yalsa, sorry for inconvenience caused. I don't see more than 5 defects in our messages, and also you need to put the drawers together first before you conclude they're unsuitable for use. As of yet i haven't refused the return, I think if assembled you'll see they're fine.
