Few issues communication really good delivery terrible DONT rate ROYAL MAIL numerous issues using this company but goods arrived on time alot of mix up with Royal Mail but it’s arrived so….. seller KEPT THERE WORD and was HONEST about sending it so fault lies with ROYAL MAIL MORE also expected item to be ALOT BIGGER it’s TINY size of a normal box you get when you buy a Pandora bracelet from shop looked lot bigger online in picture very small should known by price
