Won the item, paid seller immediately at auction end. 1 1/2 hour later seller messaged me, saying she has to cancel item due to personal reasons & issued refund. She then re-listed gate bracelet at a far higher price,than what the auction had raised. She then claimed to eBay that myself the buyer had cancelled the auction which is completely untrue. CANNOT RECOMMEND this seller who blatantly lied, then tries to manipulate eBay system & breaches a legal contract.
