Bought perfume bottle but it had a bad sloping lid. Not mentioned in listing. Seller claimed he not noticed it. Accepted return but didn't provide a label n wanted to sort it outside of eBay. I felt uncomfortable doing it that way as you're not protected. EBay stepped in with label. Item returned. Seller not refunded me and admitted to spitting his dummy out due to label issues. So now waiting ebay to refund. Seller just pathetic. No need to behave like that. Done nothing wrong.

Always one unhappy person occaisionally. Item showed the sloping top in one of the many photos taken from every conceivable angle, it was not crushed as buyer suggested. Accepted the return graciously and asked seller to provide an address so I could buy a label to return, not underhand, still goes through the ebay formalities for confirm /upload / tracking etc. Buyer ungracious and unhelpful so I allowed ebay to take over and refund the seller - too difficult to deal with. Blocked.
