This customer had a genuine product that we accept was not in the correct package and because it didn't arrive in correctly, it caused them to believe it was not genuine.Also we are not in control of the postage labels you print on ebay, how ever it was posted it got lost!we have many happy buyers and that makes us really happy to provide a good service. We sell genuine products and if you re not satisfied you get your money back. But please package it correctly and not blunder like this person
