The seller had not specified that they could not find the box for the device, and then only agreed to refund me £10, which does not cover the cost of a box and lowers the value of the deal since devices sold with boxes and accessories are worth more than the actual cost of said boxes and accessories. I also had to message them multiple times just to get my £10 refund. I would not have proceeded with this transaction unless I was not on a time crunch.
