Arrived in reasonable time and well packed. Disappointed item wasn't the same as the main picture on the listing, which was a stock photo. Further photos were of the bag that was sent. Seller doesn't accept returns, so perhaps I should have noticed the difference and asked the question before purchasing - so my own fault. However, I do feel that listings should not show photos of items different to the one for sale, unless mentioned in the narrative.
