Item arrived with broken taps, black marks to bath and stain on towels. None of which was mentioned or photographed in the listing. Opened a return case and was dismissed by the seller as they simply said it was used and to expect this with used items was further insulted with an offer of £3 back. Seller took days to finally accept the return. When the item was delivered the seller wouldn’t refund until the last day which was only then generated by eBay. Very rude seller, avoid at all costs!

I refund as soon as I was able to check the parcel contents I was away when it arrived and completed within ebay required time line. The marks mentioned were from newspaper wrapping and I easily removed these minor marks with a damp clothe I was unable to locate any staining on the towel the tap was protected with paper and wadding I am unsure how this could have been damaged in the post . Please see my other vg feed back from happy buyers I try to sell items I would be pleased to receive
