Well packed and exactly as described. It’s lovely, thank you! I was a little disappointed in the dispatch time though. I paid for next day delivery, and whilst I appreciate I paid for it just before The Easter weekend, it wasn’t dispatched until the following Thursday, with no communication as to why there was such a long delay. Overall, though, I am very pleased.

My apologies if there was any confusion over when it would be dispatched. I think the need for Royal Mail special delivery due to the value may have been slightly misleading as it would’ve shown as offering ‘next day delivery’ but that is next day delivery from dispatch, not from purchase. If things are needed by a particular time though I will always try to accommodate but I do appreciate why in this case you may have expected it to arrive sooner given what the listing showed.
