This item was described as boxed /new and I purchased it and paid. The seller informed me that he had checked inside the box and there were no inks. I offered to accept the item at a slightly reduced price and he then informed me that the item had been obtained from a deceased person so he presumed it to be new. There was also no USB Cable and he enclosed another. From all this information I concluded that he could not guarantee that this item was new and asked for a refund which I have obtained
