I won this item just before Christmas. I knew Christmas post might be longer so I waited. The end of the first week of January still not received. I messaged the seller who was really kind. She has posted it weeks before so asked for another week for it to arrive. Still not received this item. Seller was lovely about it. I may not have the item but communication was excellent. First time this has ever happened to me and I really felt awful letting the seller know.
