I ordered an air fryer which was advertised but out of stock at 01:30am. The seller contacted me straight away to explain how this mistake happened and offered me a free upgrade as an apology or a full refund straight away which was super cool of them. Although I chose the refund only due to the colouring of the upgraded model being different I would use this seller again due to their honesty, professionalism and the fact that they are up at that time of the morning to contact customers.
