All USED parts purchased include a standard 90 day warranty; does not apply to Spares repair, ECU/Electrical items. Parts correctly supplied by us and returned are subject to 20% restocking fee. Any item returned must be in same condition as supplied with ID marks still visible. In event of component failure items will be tested and replacement will be supplied. If Replacement cannot be supplied in reasonable time then full purchase price will be refunded. If the part we have supplied is incorrect or faulty please contact us immediately - this must be within 48 hrs. We will arrange collection and a replacement part(s) for dispatch once the faulty item has arrived. If we are unable to provide you with a replacement we will give you a full refund.
Labour costs/charges involved with fitting/removing parts are not reimbursed under any circumstance. Engines, gearboxes and cylinder heads supplied as bare only unless stated otherwise. Any consumable/ancillaries item such as Oils, Seals, Belts, Pulleys, Gaiters, Ball Joints, Sump Pans, Manifolds, Turbo etc supplied with purchased item are NOT tested & provided free of charge. These parts are NOT covered by warranty. Any Engine supplied must be correctly fitted with new timing, drive belts, oil and service components before use. Damage caused by misuse, improper fitting, neglect, accident or motorsport use is not covered. Failure to follow these terms or to provide recognised professional dealer or specialist invoice will invalidate Pic Up Spares Ltd warranty.
Whilst every effort has been made to erase personal information from infotainment systems, in taking delivery of this vehicle, OR Infotainment unit, the buyer agrees not to actively seek to access or restore any such information. In the event that any personal information is found during use the Buyer agrees to erase any such information. Any user codes will not be supplied by pic up spares, only hardware is supplied. It is the duty of installer to obtain code or coding. The Buyer further agrees to indemnify the vendor in respect of any claims for subsequent misuse of such information. In addition to the above, in the event that the buyer discovers any items of personal effects belonging to the previous owner the buyer agrees to return these items to the selling agent.

Please note that our refund and warranty policy does not cover any labour. Carriage will only be refunded on faulty and incorrect parts. In the event that we have supplied a part correctly but an error has been made, the customer must contact us immediately and the item be returned within 7 days. The cost of carriage must be covered by the customer and we will apply a 20% handling charge.
