Hi - |You do not know how to use a laser printer or how to download the drive to your computer (available online). You failed to even purchase the printer cable which does not come with the printer as per the box (which had to be explained to you). You then asked for a refund 2 months after you bought the item which is why it was declined. The problem isn't the printer- it is you! The printer works if you understand how to use it.Perhaps learn how to use a laser printer before giving feedback.
