Unfortunately I had a terrible experience with this seller 1. item falsely described, 2. their response. Bought a Lego set for my son's Xmas present described clearly as "all pieces accounted for". Went through the inventory, there were a grand total of 39 pieces missing, including some of the largest . Set is unbuildable and I want a full refund, incl. postage back. The seller immediately denied it, accused me of trying to cheat them and has not replied further. Have reported to eBay. Avoid.
