After being considerate with the seller when they let me know the laptop had issues and I was patient to let them rectify the fault all of a sudden they wanted to charge me for the delivery fee of a laptop that was never received. I had to contact eBay to step in and eBay send me my full refund.

The buyer decided they no longer wanted the laptop, but I had already bought a postage label. As it was their choice to cancel transaction I did not refund the postage as it was not my doing. The feedback left is not factual.
