Product did not turn up on time. On placing order description showed Tuesday delivery, then messaged and was told Wednesday before 4pm, courier arrived at 4.30pm on the Wednesday after we had completed the job. Sent the courier away and now the company won’t refund me, offered me £17 back, I paid £76. Absolutely shocking customer service and now arguing that it was only a little bit late, before 4pm means between 8 and 4 not anytime after 4. Buyer beware.
