I overlooked that the paper is collection only and made an offer. I sent an email asking to lapse my offer because I had no way of collecting it. With total disregard for my communication the seller accepted my offer and it was auto-paid without my further consent. I sent another email, this time asking to cancel my order for the same reason, I have no way of collecting it. Another day, another message ignored. Poor communication, poor customer service. My messages remain unanswered
