The tickets were totally valid but the buyer did not want to use them. I made the buyer aware of the ticket conditions which they acknowledged, and then 2 days before event date, they emailed to say they wanted to return tickets. I made every effort to help them resolve this but they declined. I was not willing to refund as I cannot re-sell the tickets since I cannot guarantee that the tickets will not be used by them. Ebay resolution ruled in my favour as they could see the messages between us.
