Advertised inaccurately. Spoke to seller before arranging courier 86 miles. Explained it was for my mum and how important it was it was in good condition. She said there were no marks on it and was recently upholstered. It arrived: 7cm ink stain on one cushion/large water stain on other. It also measured 30cm shorter. Her first response: “Sell it.” I complained that she had falsely advertised it. She said it was fine for its age (not the point!). Offered refund. Too late mum had it. No apology.
