Giving a neutral as the item wasn't as described.. it wasn't " new" as the seal had been opened and there was a chip to the lid of the container which wasn't mentioned. Although seller was somewhat willing to help. They wouldn't budge on " helpfulness" offered. I think seller needs to be totally honest with their description and maybe a bit more apologetic with their response..
