Really poor communication from the seller. Didn’t hear anything from them until finally after I chased twice (as I hadn’t received the item) and a week after I’d paid they replied saying it had been dispatched and they would provide me with tracking details that evening. They didn’t provide them and I heard nothing further. I had to raise a request with eBay to get a refund from the seller in the end. Very disappointed.
