They put an item on ebay that they obviously knew was faulty and won't take a return...

No. I did not know the item was faulty. I clearly wrote that it had been used and that I did not know its history. I said "sold as seen" because I could not test it. I said "no returns" because for what I know, it could have been perfectly good when shipped, but impossible to determine if/when it got damaged if sent back to me.
You have no right to presume what I know nor to insult me.
