The mandolin is really fantastic and came as described, I couldn't be happier with it or with how it sounds. However, there was frustratingly very little communication from the seller (though he was apologetic) and dispatch time much slower than expected, especially considering the cost of postage. No tracking or courier information was provided, though item was well packaged and arrived intact.
