For the record, i didn't agree with YOUR description of "new" either. Ebay's definition is the one i use when using Ebay.
You, storing it in a drawer, not in a box or any other kind of protection so it get covered in marks, negates you from selling it as "brand new" irrespective of it not having any use (again, i only have your word on that).
It is UNUSED not NEW. Anyway. Mutual agreement reached but be aware, the seller is "lenient" with his descriptions.
