I received the hat quickly but when it was described as ‘used’ it really was very, very used. I’d even go as far as saying scruffy! There was only one photo displayed and black is difficult to see when you zoom in, so I didn’t spot how scruffy it was. The description just stated ‘used condition’, which tells you nothing really.
It’s buyer beware though and a lesson learned not to buy things with only one photo to judge from.
The service was very good though.
