There is wear that is commensurate with age and use. The top of the item is showing some wear and deterioration to the wood effect in places. The exterior of the item in places like the doors and sides is showing some minor wear, scratches and marks. The interiors of the lower and upper cupboard areas are in good condition and are showing limited deterioration. The interior of all the drawers are in good condition and the felt of the cutlery drawer particularly good for an item of this age, all 3 drawer's actions are smooth and true. Minor damage to the lower right side corner can be seen, and the legs of the item also show wear. There is a crack to the leg base area which has been fixed, please see final photo. Please study photos closely for a more informed view of the current condition of the item.”
