I am really sorry, Please check the listing again, the item was NOT advertised as NEW, but as NEW (Other) with the mention of checking details. The photo clearly shows marks, which are by the way dust marks because of the dense rubber the base is made of. The item was tested but never used as described and it is functional. I am sorry if you thought it is a sealed package, I was honest in the ad I have posted. Have a lovely day, Daniel
