Arrived after being redirected by our collection courier - their fault- and Peter was sop amazingly helpful with the information to track it and he didn't need to. It arrived 3 days later and was as described truthfully mentioning a toner and fuser would need replacing which we did and printing like a dream. Peter stands behind his products totally and at a good price.

The seller was less than transparent when specifically asked about the condition of the items. When the units arrived they were heavily marked/ scratched and extremely dirty. The sellers argument back was that he had cleaned the units and reduced the price accordingly. This may have been compensation in his mind but we never agreed or discussed this beforehand. I really don't understand the mindset of people that think they can mislead others in selling. Just be completely transparent!

Thank you Asha, for the wonderful feedback. I have left positive for you too. I use Evri for smaller parcels upto 15KG. I also use Royal Mail, Parcelforce, DPD for other parcels or similar. Evri have been great with no issues to date (even when they were still Hermes). Let's hope that continues. All the best Peter
