It arrived 3 days later and was as described truthfully mentioning a toner and fuser would need replacing which we did and printing like a dream. Thank you Asha, for the wonderful feedback. I have left positive for you too. I use Evri for smaller parcels upto 15KG. I also use Royal Mail, Parcelforce, DPD for other parcels or similar. Evri have been great with no issues to date (even when they were still Hermes). Let's hope that continues. All the best Peter
