DEFINITION(S)
Vape sensations The following words “We”, “Us”, “The Company”, “The Seller”, “The Website site” and “The Site” and any of its trading names refers to Vape sensations.
 
"Buyer / Consumer / Customer" means the individual and or an organisation that agrees to buy something from “us”;
 
 "Contract" something that is agreed between the Seller and the Buyer;
 
 "Goods / Item(s) / Products / Services" is something held by Vape sensations that is usually on sale for the Customer;  
 
 "Terms and Conditions / Private Policy / Customer Care Cover" means the terms written on this page and external listings such as eBay;
 
"Website" Refers to us as the “Company” and holds no responsibility with 3rd parties such as affiliates or external links.
 
PRICE AND PAYMENT  
The price of the Goods shall be that stated on the Website and or other listings. Unless stated on the “Website” and or other Listings, The price (excludes delivery ,charges ) Delivery is via Inter Parcel or equivalent courier or Royal Mail.  The total purchase price (including  delivery charges), will be displayed on the “website” and or “eBay”.
 
RIGHTS OF SELLER
“The Seller” at any given time, but very rarely can cancel the Purchase if . . . .  
The Seller has insufficient stock to deliver the item(s);
The Seller does not deliver to the Buyer's area.
 
WARRANTIES / CUSTOMER CARE COVER
Not all of our items come with the standard manufacturer’s warranty; however you will still be covered by our Customer Care Cover. All information on this can be found on the site of purchase, usually located at the bottom of the purchase page.  
 
DELIVERY – INTER PARCEL / ROYAL MAIL / VAN DELIVERIES
Items being delivered within the UK MAINLAND (Excluding Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands and all of its offshore locations such as Jersey) are either dispatched via Royal Mail or Inter Parcel. Items being delivered to off-shore UK will either be sent via Royal Mail or Inter Parcel and the Buyer must ask for additional Postage charges for these locations, if not stated.   All other items being delivered outside of the UK will also be sent via Royal Mail or Inter Parcel and the Buyer must ask for additional Postage charges for these locations.   Items sent via Inter Parcel and once purchase has been made you will be supplied with a Tracking Number; all information can be found on the purchase page. Some heavier items will be delivered via our van delivery service you will be given a booking reference and date of delivery. Somebody will need to be present to sign and take in the items being delivered for that delivery date.
 
RETURN(S)

All information given to us, either by joining our News Letter Program, making a purchase and or by other means will remain Private and Confidential between Vape sensations and the person(s). Vape sensations will only use this information to improve Customer Service and will upon request only share age verification data with ebay ONLY.. data won't be shared with an other businesses,
age verification will be requested for all items purchased from our ebay site vape sensations where you will be required to confirm you are the legal age to purchase vape and ecig items,frailer to age verify will result in your purchase being cancelled and fully refunded.
