The product was great and for the most part the service was great too - I asked for combined postage which would have been £5, but I was instead given it as £6. The disappointing thing was that the postage only cost them £3.80, meaning they were not only overcharging in the first place, but event when I asked for combined they were still mkaing profit from the postage...Ijust find that really underhanded and sad, becasue it would have been a great experience otherwise.
