The tripod arrived quickly and and in good condition. However, a small but important screw was missing and the seller worked with me to try to locate this hard to find part. We eventually found it and without any fuss he refunded the full cost of buying a set of replacement screws! Things sometimes go unintentionally wrong when selling and buying on eBay, but this guy really came up trumps by going the extra mile to put things right! A very highly recommended eBayer!!!!!!!!!!!!
