Excellent Amp
What an amp! Been looking for that rock metal sound and this does it straight out of the box. Even does a nice ‘clean’ but rock sound too. Powerful enough for home practice and even sounds great through my PA for extra power. Brilliant and thoroughly recommend.

Sweetest Orange ive had in years
I wanted a small sized amp for low(ish) volume home use. I was unsure about the Micro Darks suitability but loved the look and the compact nature of it, so i took a little risk having watched plenty of videos and read a fair bit of blurb. I am amazed at the sound and tone i can get out of this lunchbox sized beauty. Paired with the orange ppc108 mini cab it covers everything that i was needing as a person with 3 young kids in the house and only the late hours to noodle in. Sounds brilliant clean, which is mostly how I'm using it and then when needed i can wind up the gain for some extra crunch. The amp also takes pedals really well through the effects loop, I've been having a lot of fun with reverb. So all in all a very surprising little box of orange goodness. I would definitely ... Loud little noise maker
First off had this amp and cab for about a year, never opened the tap fully cos the thing makes my windows rattle a at half volume. That said it makes for some interesting sounds playing at low volume and using the gain and shape knobs and ofcourse the volume on the guitar, gives a wonderfully metal tone with the gain at full at full wack, with it set to half using effects the tones are whatever you want them to be, put it through a 2x12 cab and you have an amp you can gig with at small venues.
