First my order was sent to someone else by mistake. The seller immediately apologised and offered refund. I was happy to wait till other person sent it back. However seller not only refunded me, he allowed me to keep the jacket, by sending the return label (with my address on it) to the person who was sent it by mistake. This put the seller a lot out of pocket. His responses to my questions were immediate, the jacket is beautiful. Regardless of mistakes, this seller was perfect. 5***
