Liked the item and was offered discount, which I accepted. A week later no sign of a dispatch and no response to my query. Once Ebay were involved I had an apology, new phone was the problem, I was offered alternatives or a refund. I chose the latter and if received you would not be reading this. After a further five days without a response or a refund Ebay stepped in. Draw your own conclusions.
