Good communication we did have a slight misunderstanding but seller was prompt and true to his word. Was a mistake by eBay and I was mistaken…. Seller was able to communicate promptly and issue a refund. Top guy top notch customer service and will be doing business in future for sure

This is absolute nonsense, i did not mark the item as "collected" when it wasn,t, this was an error on ebays behalf...i made the machine in question specially for the customer who left me this negative feedback ( spec, colours,design etc) he then decided he did not want the item as he was selling his gym and made up this rubbish...i build quality gym equipment and dont need customers like this..all was resolved and he was refunded although i had already made the item and paid out for steel, etc.
