Mixer was described as new (other) but as soon as we opened it we could see old food on it. In addition, it was broken as only one of the blenders stayed in. I tried to speak to seller, (offered my phone number so we could discuss the situation, twice) but was met with a wall of denial/refusal to accept any responsibility and a definitive refusal to offer a refund. Luckily, eBay stepped in and despite seller accusing me of having used it and broken it (!), found in my favour and refunded. BAD.
