DELIVERY
At SPARES2GO, we offer free fully tracked economy delivery for all UK orders and localities. Once your order is placed, you will receive a unique carrier tracking code that will enable you to track the whereabouts of your order at all times. Typically most shipments arriving via free tracked shipping will be delivered within 2-3 business days. WARRANTY and RETURNS
Each spare part is covered by a comprehensive 6 month warranty. Should your product(s) arrive damaged by the carrier or faulty, we will either issue a replacement or refund your item(s) free of charge for you. All items sold are new & unused unless otherwise stated and should therefore be returned in the same saleable condition. We will accept any items back for refund if they are returned to us in original, unopened packaging and are in an unused condition - complete with original untarnished packaging (boxes and packaging must also be returned in the same saleable unblemished condition). Refunds will be made of the purchase price paid if returned within 60 calendar days of receipt. Returns postage and packaging costs should be met by the buyer unless the item is either damaged or faulty. If goods are damaged or faulty please notify us through eBay messaging to enable us to issue you with a pre-paid returns label. Once we have received your item using the pre-paid returns label a refund will then be given unless a replacement has been issued prior to return. All goods returned must be arranged prior to sending via the eBay messaging service. This will enable us to assist you more thoroughly with your request and to deal with any difficulties. Refunds will only be issued if the buyer encloses within the return a copy of the purchase invoice, a brief explanation as to why the item is being returned, and also their eBay user name, ID and home address. The refund will be by the same method used as the original payment.

    Henry hoover replacement tools and hose

    This is amazing value for money but if you are a heavy user of your henry may not last long but then again you could always buy another set at this price. For normal home use I find it fine even though it is not the quality of the original product but you wouldn't expect for this price. It all fits well some btr than the original and the hose gets to the top of my stairs from the bottom which I love. I wouldn't hesitate to buy again if need be,

    "flimsy product"

    The pipes do not hold together and therefor you cannot put pressure on pushing the head down on thick carpet. also the head isnt as good as the original Henrietta head which was supplied with my hoover its quite flimsy. my advice is spend more and buy the the named orignal product for the best results.

    Henry bits/ hetty bits

    The pipes are just fantastic they fit better than the original ones ever did! And they arrived well before they where meant too. Really happy with the whole purchase to now using the product and would defiantly recommend.

    This is theft! In a good way!

    How can all this cost only £15.99? A great replacement tool and hose set for a Henry vacuum cleaner, the pack I bought also came with freshener thingys and a ten pack of bags. Quality of the tools appears to be excellent, and comparable to original.
