ABSOLUTELY NIGHTMARE! All items sent from this seller for click and collect MISSING essential ECP LINK for shop to scan or notifiy for collection. So, shop told me why they refused to receive. Spending lots of time from different locations as advised, but no success because it has been returned to seller. No apologise, no immediated refund, instead lots of harsh words with blames received, so unbelievable! Hope this seller should now know how to send item for 'click & collect' correctly!

Nightmare buyer, worst i have ever encountered in 18 years on ebay. Unbelievable that Royal mail actually delivered to her address but she refused to accept the package, costing me a fortune in postal cost. SELLERS AND BUYERS BEWARE!
