This was a nightmare purchase. The coat was listed as New without tags but was absolutely filthy. It had greasy stains/lipstick and pockets full of debris/receipts. The interior label had also worn away. Seller accused me of lying even though photos were shown immediately upon delivery as proof. She was extremely difficult & tedious to deal with making out that I had sent photos of a different coat with a fur hood, which was actually the interior of the pocket! Terrible experience.

The seller left grossly unfair feedback. I was never nasty as she was, I was defending myself against her accusation of accusing me of selling a ‘filthy’ item. I have NEVER and would NEVER sell an item in such a condition, i have given a full refund as i just want to end the scenario with her. I do often get praise on the condition of my items and also how well they are wrapped. Unfortunately for me, my rating has been affected because of her complaint against me.
