We went to collect the item and I made a mistake by paying for the item before I arrived because they wanted cash on collection, they wouldn't give me the item I had paid for,they wouldn't take my proof of payment as confirmation I had paid, even though I showed the transaction receipt on my banking app and on ebay .The person kept talking over me when I was trying to explain to my husband so he could show her proof,so when I told her that I was talking to my husband she swore at me via fingers
