Really impressed with the fabulous service from Jo! She was quick to respond to my questions, and also informed me of when the inkwell would be posted too. I thought it looked lovely in the pictures, but my how beautiful it looks in person (and not too big either!) Packaged really well, with all the cards present, as described.
