Absolute garbage there is a bios sticking out on the heal. You cannot wear these trainers at all. I tried doing a return and seller won’t accept saying they wasn’t in that condition. They arrived wrapped in a carrier bag squashed together and taped. Absolute waste of £35 plus the postage.
