I am very sorry you are not happy with the item received but sad you made no contact with us before leaving this negative comment. Absolutely all of our products are 100% authentic & come direct from main UK wholesalers or suppliers. Due to FDA regulations with products containing alcohol, most small bottles are partially filled. Rest assured these items have not been used or sprays but have been made this way by the manufacturer & will contain the advertised net weight.
