Verified purchase
seller sent us a damaged machine due to their poor packing and use of an incorrect postal service for such an item. They then delayed refunding for weeks, issued fake return labels and did not resolve the issue. Ebay stepped in and handled this return. Ebay then issued the refund as the seller did not return payment after the item was returned to them. Beware
