item in box came and had already been opened as all packaging wasn't sealed it had been taken out box and just put back in any old way,description said brand new in box but it wasn't,I ordered this for my 83 year old dad and we are both not happy with the way it came and the contents inside had already been opened before my dad recieved it

Feedback likely sent prior to discussing with me: as mentioned; due to age of the item [2014] and the fact that batteries can deteriorate over time, package was opened to ensure the battery holds a charge and make sure the item wasn't faulty before shipping. Battery was unpackaged, tested and then repacked. Buyer also confused calls & txt's stored on their own SIM card leading them to think the item was used when it was not. Offered refund as buyer not happy however have not received any reply.
